Betsy Lingenheld, Licensed General Contractor, welcomes you to Residential Construction Resources, Inc. Since 1998, Betsy has been involved in the construction of some of Raleigh's most impressive new homes, including top winners in the Parade of Homes. After receiving her graduate certificate in historic building restoration from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Fine Arts,and establishing her own restoration company in Delaware and Pennsylvania, she worked for four years with the award-winning Baldwin Homes building team in the Wakefield Plantation Estates area north of Raleigh. Working on both large and small scale projects, she built a deserved reputation for exceptional client support and established effective working relationships with the area's finest and most reliable subcontractors and materials suppliers.
RCR has completed new homes in Wake Forest (Crenshaw Hall Plantation), in Rolesville (Barham Place), where several more custom homes are in process, and is steadily involved in remodeling/addition projects throughout Wake County.
